Learn about my executive coaching approach:
Executive Coaching Philosophy
As a Bay-Area based executive coach, my philosophy centers around the transformative power of wellness in leadership. My approach is tailored to the unique needs of each leader, focusing on nurturing their intrinsic strengths while addressing areas for development. I believe that the journey to effective leadership is multifaceted, often venturing beyond the office and into one’s personal life.
I believe successful leadership requires the following:
A deep understanding of one's own emotional intelligence
The ability to manage change with agility
The skill to balance time and goals effectively
A commitment to manage competing demands on time and attention
In my coaching sessions, I create a space for leaders to explore and reflect on these areas through creative and critical thinking. Coaching is a confidential environment where leaders can safely voice their challenges and frustrations without repercussions.
My goal is to empower leaders to not only achieve their immediate objectives, but to also lay a sustainable foundation for long-term success and personal legacy. Through our work, my executive clients emerge more confident, resilient, and equipped with the tools to live a fruitful life both personally and professionally.

Outcomes & Expectations
-
We’ll start with an overview of your goals, aspirations, and challenges. Are you hoping to build self awareness and executive presence? General professional development? Better balance between work and personal life? I’ve served executives facing these challenges and more. We’ll collaborate on setting new goals, and, just as importantly, action plans to reach them.
-
Big jobs come with big demands. As a result, executive leaders often find their lives imbalanced in some way. I’ll help you adjust your life in a way where you truly can have it all.
-
Successful leadership often requires rebalancing priorities both at work and at home. Some of my clients simply need a space to work on strategies to be more engaged in family life. Others need space to discuss priorities directly related to their leadership work. In either case, coaching serves as a structured resource to unpack priorities and readjust them as needed for more success and fulfillment.
-
We all have a tendency to deprioritize anything that we leave off of our calendars. As a result, we often don’t make space for important self work. Coaching changes this. You can think of me as your personal accountability system. Our work helps solidify the time and space needed to set and pursue your most important goals.

Executive Coaching SF Bay Area
As a coach with San Francisco Bay Area roots, some of my local clients prefer to work specifically with a Bay Area executive coach. I am happy to serve my Bay Area executive coaching clients in person or virtually, and have effectively done both.
Some of my clients—even some of those in the Bay Area—still prefer virtual coaching as it saves them time and money avoiding a commute. I use Zoom for these sessions, which largely provides the same experience as in-person coaching.
Executive coaching in the Bay Area has provided me with unique insights and access to what it means to be a great executive leader. I’ve worked with dozens of top executives at startups, tech companies, and fortune 500s who call the Bay Area home. Known as the mecca of startups and technology, Palo Alto in particular holds a special place in my heart and I’m both fortunate and proud to call it home.
