How I Define Emotional Intelligence Coaching
Emotional intelligence coaching refers to a coaching practice focused on helping individuals develop their emotional intelligence (EI or EQ). This approach involves the development of skills like self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills.
EQ training is integral to my coaching practice, whether clients seek to improve management skills or navigate personal challenges. Developing emotional intelligence helps individuals transform habits that hinder success into more fulfilling and productive behaviors.
